These Terms govern Deployz, a service operated by Thalia Technologies Private Limited, Mumbai, India. By using Deployz, you agree to these Terms. If acting for an organization, you confirm that you may accept them on its behalf.
1. Our service
Deployz helps developers and software businesses deploy and manage applications in their own AWS accounts, including repository analysis, builds, infrastructure configuration, and deployment management. Features may evolve.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and manage authorized access. You must have permission to connect repositories, AWS accounts, and other services.
3. Your applications and data
You retain ownership of your applications, code, configurations, and data. You give Deployz limited permission to access and process them to perform services you authorize. You are responsible for application content, operation, security, backups, and legal compliance.
4. AWS infrastructure and costs

AWS infrastructure charges are separate from Deployz fees and are your responsibility.

Provisioning and changes can affect application availability, performance, costs, and data.

Certain resources, including databases and storage, may be retained when deployments are removed to reduce accidental data loss.

You are responsible for reviewing and managing resources and charges in your AWS account.
Disconnecting or canceling Deployz does not automatically terminate AWS resources or charges.
5. AI-assisted analysis
AI-assisted recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate, even when combined with programmatic checks. Review material settings and permissions before authorizing changes. We do not guarantee compatibility or successful deployment for every application.
6. Fees and billing
Fees follow the plan and terms shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions continue until canceled; cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges. Taxes may apply. AWS charges are separate. Refunds required by law will be honored. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice for affected subscriptions.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Deployz unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, deploy malware, conduct unauthorized attacks, access systems without permission, compromise the service, or bypass its restrictions. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address material breaches, nonpayment, security risks, or legal requirements.
8. Third-party services
AWS, GitHub, and other integrations are subject to their providers’ terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, every deployment’s success, or specific response times unless separately agreed. Features may change, with reasonable notice of material impacts where practical.
10. Intellectual property
Deployz’s software, branding, and documentation belong to Thalia Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. Your code and application data remain yours.
11. Privacy and confidentiality
We handle personal information under our Privacy Policy and applicable DPA. We use non-public customer information as necessary to deliver authorized services, provide support, protect the service, or comply with law, with reasonable protections against unauthorized disclosure.
12. Suspension and termination
You may cancel or request closure. We may suspend or terminate for material violations, nonpayment, significant risks, or legal requirements and will give notice and a chance to resolve when reasonable. Your AWS resources remain your responsibility.
13. Disclaimers
Deployz is provided on an ‘as available’ basis. We take reasonable care but cannot guarantee error-free operation or that every issue will be identified. To the extent permitted by law, warranties not expressly stated are disclaimed; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
14. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits or opportunities. Deployz’s aggregate liability related to the service will not exceed fees paid or payable to Deployz in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including fraud or willful misconduct where applicable.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with reasonable notice of material changes where required. Continued use after their effective date is acceptance where legally permitted.
16. Governing law
Indian law governs these Terms. Subject to mandatory legal requirements, disputes fall under the courts of Mumbai, India.
