2. How we use information
We use information to operate Deployz, connect integrations, analyze and build applications, manage deployments, process payments, provide support, maintain security, improve services, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, processing relies on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or consent.
3. Your applications and AWS infrastructure
Deployz helps you deploy applications into AWS accounts you control. Your deployed applications, databases, and storage operate in your AWS environment. You remain responsible for the data your applications collect and process. Deployz separately handles repository information, deployment settings, build artifacts, logs, and operational metadata as needed for its services. We do not claim ownership of your source code or application data.
4. AI-assisted functionality
Deployz may use AI services to analyze repositories and suggest deployment configurations. Relevant source code or configuration details may be processed by third-party AI providers where necessary. AI recommendations are used alongside programmatic checks and may be incomplete or inaccurate. We do not independently use private repositories to train our own general-purpose AI models. Third-party providers operate under their applicable data-handling terms.
5. Sharing information
We share information with providers that help operate Deployz, such as infrastructure, repository integration, AI, payment, communications, error-logging, and analytics providers. We may also disclose information where legally required, to protect our services, or in a legitimate business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online system is completely secure. Customers remain responsible for securing their AWS accounts, applications, permissions, and credentials.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Following account closure, information is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our operational processes and applicable requirements. Some data may remain temporarily in backups or where legally permitted or required. Closing a Deployz account does not automatically remove resources in your AWS account.
8. Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, functionality, and analytics. Where required, we provide consent choices. You can also manage cookies through your browser.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; or withdraw consent where applicable. We may verify your identity before responding.
10. International processing
Deployz and its providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
11. Updates
We may update this policy. We will revise the date above and provide notice where required.
